In the second quarter of 2025, the performance of the top news and magazine applications on the Android platform in Slovakia showcased a variety of trends according to data from Sensor Tower.

X (Formerly Twitter) saw a fluctuating pattern in its weekly revenue, reaching a peak of approximately $481 in late April. Weekly downloads varied slightly, peaking at around 596 in mid-June. The app maintained a strong base of weekly active users, ranging from about 43K to 59K throughout the quarter.

Hindi News by Dainik Bhaskar experienced a steady trend in weekly downloads, with a notable rise to 262 in early June. Active users showed a consistent presence, fluctuating between 5.3K and 6K, with a slight increase towards the end of the quarter.

The Way2News Daily News App maintained a stable download rate, peaking at 200 in May. Active users remained consistent, with numbers hovering around 14K throughout the period.

Public Local News - Shuru App showed a gradual increase in downloads, reaching 168 by mid-May. Weekly active users increased steadily, from around 1.5K to 1.8K by the end of June.

Lastly, Breaking News - Live Headlines maintained a modest download rate, with a peak of 121 in early June. Active users demonstrated a consistent upward trend, reaching 800 by the end of the quarter.
